  1. Salect cell range .
  2. click on insert tab .
  3. under table group click on pivot table .
  4. pop window will show .
  5. click on exiting woksheet option.
  6. Salect anyone cell where do you want to create .
  7. click ok 
  8. pivot table is ready now you can see your data in pivot table .
